Ingredients
- 1/2 inch boneless chicken breast pieces (400 grams)
- 1 tsp red chilli paste
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 Lemon
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 inch pieces of Green capsicums (2 medium)
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 cup Orange juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt
Method
Step 1
Mix yogurt, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli paste, garam masala powder and juice of lemon and marinate chicken pieces for at least 1 hour. Next add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to this and keep in refrigerator for few hours.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick pan, pour orange juice and then add salt, pepper powder and sugar to it and cook for a few minutes. Take skewers and string the marinated chicken pieces and capsicum pieces alternately on it. Next heat a non-stick tawa and sprinkle a few drops of oil and place the skewers on it.
Step 3
Keep turning the skewers every 5-10 minutes so that the chicken gets cooked evenly on all sides. When the orange juice thickens a little, take it off the heat. Now add butter and mix well. Add this thickened sauce over the chicken and serve immediately.
